Lindsay Riley
Hello! I’m Lindsay, founder of Breathe 2 Flow!
Yoga has been my sanctuary since my teenage years, a place where I connect with my body and find peace. While I’ve explored many styles, restorative yoga truly resonates with me.
During my training at West Hartford Yoga, I discovered my passion for teaching slower-paced classes. I’m excited to share the joy and tranquility of practice with our community. Restorative and gentle yoga are my favorite to teach, as they allow all levels to experience the benefits.
As a proud animal lover with four adorable rabbits, I host donation classes where all proceeds go to animal charities close to my heart.
I believe in the power of collaboration and love working with local businesses and organizations through pop-ups and special events.
I can’t wait to flow with you and bring more peace and happiness to our community!
See you on the mat!

Amanda Barta
Hi! I’m Amanda, teacher at Breathe 2 Flow!
Amanda discovered yoga through YouTube when she came across a Yoga With Adriene video, and she’s been hooked ever since. She appreciates how yoga helps foster a deeper connection with ourselves and provides a sense of grounding amid life’s challenges. Recently, Amanda completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Gayatri Yoga in Tenerife, Spain, where she studied Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. A mantra she resonates with is “Find what feels good,” from the Yoga With Adriene community, and she strives to embody this philosophy in both her personal practice and in encouraging others to explore what works best for them and their bodies. Outside of yoga, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading a good book, and baking delicious treats.
